Swedish Fashion Council is an independent trade association founded in 1979. Swedish Fashion Council’s goal is to promote, educate, inspire and digitize the Swedish fashion industry to become competitive and sustainable in all areas, as well as positioning Swedish fashion internationally. This is done by participating/initiating innovative research projects, training courses and creating platforms for international relations as well as running activities such as Fashion Week Stockholm. Swedish Fashion Council also supports promising talents through the incubator program Swedish Fashion Talents, whom will shape the Swedish fashion industry’s future.
