As an example, we see stores that provide service and extra care by helping their customer with a selection, styling and by suggesting garments that fit with other things the customer has purchased in previous seasons. The buyers and store personnel become the important link to how the consumer builds a wardrobe of beloved garments, bags, shoes and accessories with a mix of new, vintage and re:design as well as the necessary basic garments. Everything driven by sustainability and concern for the customer.
