The EU’s new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has applied across the EU since August, including in Sweden, and affects everyone who sells packaged products. Together with Business Sweden, we invite you to a breakfast morning where we explain what the rules mean in practice: what your role is, which requirements apply to you, what changes when you sell to other EU countries, and when the different requirements come into force.
You’ll also hear how Business Sweden can support retail companies with the practical side of exporting, and our legal counsel Anna-Karin Abdon shares current cases from our legal advisory service, with tips on how to avoid common pitfalls in agency and distribution agreements.
The morning is for agents, distributors and brands in fashion, footwear, textiles and interiors. Breakfast is on us, and after the programme there’s time to network and put your own questions directly to the speakers.
Do you have a question about PPWR? Add it to the registration form and we’ll bring it to the Q&A.
