Trade Partner of the Year 2020 is Anna Ekelund, Ellen’s Agency!
The honorable title as Trade Partner of the Year 2020 is awarded to Ellens Agentur and the company’s founder Anna Ekelund. Ellens Agentur is a multi-faceted agency in the lifestyle and interior design segment great at building long-term relationships and brave enough to explore new areas and business models. Her commitment to the customer and the industry as a whole led to that she today, on the 23rd of April 2020, was awarded Trade Partner of the Year and received a check of SEK 10,000 for further education.
The jury’s motivation reads: “With a strong commitment to her own brands and customers, but also to the industry as a whole, Anna Ekelund takes on new challenges and have added new business models thanks to her will to keep learning, her curiosity and courage. In a changing world, Anna Ekelund is responsive and insightful, always receptive to new ideas, with a strong focus on the customer, customer relationships and the importance of exchanging knowledge. In the latest initiative, industry forum Days of Trade, Anna Ekelund, with the help of Trade Partners Sweden, has invited industry colleagues and customers to an important and successful platform for business meetings and networking to benefit companies in the entire lifestyle and interior design segment. Anna Ekelund clearly shows that the key to a successful business of the future is collaboration, responsiveness to the customer and to passionately encourage the customer in their business.”
As winner of Agent of the Year Ellens Agentur will represent Sweden in the international contest of becoming the Agent of the Year, The George Hayward Award who is handed out by the Internationally United Commercial Agents & Brokers (IUCAB).
