Fashion

Association of Trade Partners Sweden is industry-specific, and we work for and with our members. We have international contacts and monitor trade issues, for example, through ICC and UICAB. We aim to elevate the industry on the political agenda and maintain strong connections with the government, industry offices, organizations, and partners.

Trade Partners is the founder of Stockholm Fashion District. We collaborate closely with the Swedish Fashion Council and other fashion organizations such as the Swedish Fashion Association, and we are representatives in the Nordic Fashion Association.

We work on specific projects for each member segment, and for our fashion members, we do the following, among other things:

– Stockholm Fashion District, founded in 2016 by Trade Partners, is a unique and innovative business meeting place with digital and physical showrooms open 365 days a year, fashion weeks focusing on trade that gather Swedish and international brands and buyers, forums for creativity and innovation, as well as further development through seminars and education. The district is visited annually by designers, e-commerce, retail, international delegations, stakeholders, and other fashion enthusiasts. Over 600 brands showcase their collections in the district.

– Stockholm Showroom, consisting of 10,000 square meters and 85 showrooms featuring Swedish and international fashion brands. Stockholm Showroom was inaugurated in February 2016, and daily business deals are made here, with new contacts established during activities, events, and fashion weeks.

– Fashion Week Trade, twice a year in February and August, Fashion Week Trade is organized in Stockholm Fashion District. We present an exciting program based on a theme developed each season through the environmental analysis we conduct and open the doors to all showrooms, featuring fantastic guest exhibitors.

– Stockholm Shoe House, comprising three floors with Swedish and international footwear brands.

– Encouragement for Action, established in 2018 by Stockholm Fashion District as an encouragement award and exhibition aimed at promoting sustainability and development in the fashion industry.

– Networking Groups, Trade Partners Sweden works to create conditions for our members to succeed. We do this by actively participating in and influencing the development within our members’ industries. Significant efforts are also made in legal matters to protect free trade and thus improve business opportunities for agents, distributors, importers, and others operating in an international environment.

– Seminars and Education, Stockholm Fashion District’s training and seminars are aimed at companies with growth potential in the design and fashion industry. Whether you work in retail, in a design company, as a designer, agent, or distributor, marketing manager, salesperson, or CEO, there’s something for everyone.

– Trends & Orders, a fair event where Stockholm Fashion District invites for fashion industry buying days.

– Market Council, for Stockholm Showroom.

– Newsletter, sent out monthly, providing news for the fashion industry.
