The visitors will be met by both well-known brands and new talents in a contemporary context with inspirational and creative combinations that creates a perfect look. By inviting the end-consumer to the show, it opens up for direct feedback, which in turn creates the possibility of adaptation and sustainable purchases.
“Stockholm Fashion District is constantly developing – we are a modern and progressive platform for trade that create business value for our customers. The fashion industry today needs to showcase its creativity in several contexts and towards a different audience than before. We create these opportunities and this fashion show is the latest contribution to our offer,” says Helena Waker, CEO, Stockholm Fashion District and Trade Partners Sweden.
In addition to buyers, press and agents, the fashion interested public gets the opportunity to invest in a ticket.
“We want to invite you to a show available to a fashion-initiated audience that does not necessarily work in the industry, while also being able to appeal to new talent in the industry. Transparency is important for the fashion industry and public interest has always been great. Now we have the opportunity to include an initiated public at Stockholm Fashion District, which is which is the tooth of time.”, continues Helena Waker.
Adjacent to the arena is the exhibition “Stages” where fashion students from Beckmans Collage of Design show their collections focusing on material experiments and textile technologies.
